Find your distance rhythm, with a swirl of color.
The MVP Cosmic Neutron Wave pairs colorful premium plastic with a responsive distance-driver flight. Its 11 / 5 / -2 / 2 ratings balance workable turn, glide, and a finishing fade for players who want to shape their distance lines rather than fight a strongly overstable driver.
MVP describes the Wave as a longer Inertia, with a stable-understable profile that responds to different throwing powers. Give it a smooth release and room to develop its line.
More than one way to ride the Wave
Powerful throwers can explore long gliding turnovers and hyzer-flip lines. At more moderate power, the Wave offers a workable distance option, with release angle and weight influencing how much turn shows before the finish.
Its 21 mm rim puts it in MVP's speed-eleven distance-driver family. It still asks for driver speed, so a turn-friendly rating does not guarantee effortless distance for every player.
- Hyzer-flip drives: Explore the angle that lets the disc rise toward flat at your power.
- Gliding turnovers: Higher-power throwers can shape longer turning flights.
- Controlled distance lines: Work with turn and fade instead of relying only on a hard finish.
- A workable distance slot: Pair it with a more turn-resistant driver for contrasting shapes.
Cosmic Neutron: swirled looks, premium durability
Cosmic Neutron is a color-enhanced Neutron blend featuring bright swirls and distinctive color combinations. It shares durability characteristics with Neutron and Proton, making it a practical choice for a driver you plan to throw regularly.
The swirl is part of the appearance, not a guarantee of extra stability or distance. Choose your preferred individual color and weight without assuming its pattern changes the flight.
Learn the movement before you add more effort
Picture an open fairway with space for a driver to turn gently before finishing toward the landing area. In practice, throw the Wave at a comfortable, repeatable pace and learn how much starting hyzer it needs. On the course, that familiar movement gives you a distance line to choose rather than simply reaching for the fastest disc available.
It suits players seeking a responsive distance driver and experienced throwers adding a shaping option beside more stable molds. For strong headwinds or shots demanding substantial turn resistance, a more stable complement may fit better.
